Why was my order canceled?Updated 4 months ago

For your safety, our Risk Analysis team may cancel orders flagged as suspicious, but don’t worry—you won’t be charged for any canceled orders. You might see a pending transaction on your bank statement, but it’s just an authorization hold and will disappear within 2-5 business days.

Sometimes, orders get canceled if there’s a mismatch in the checkout info. If you think this happened with your order, double-check that everything matches your billing details.

Heads up—canceled orders can’t be undone. If you still want to complete your purchase, you’ll need to place a new order.
