This can happen if your subscription was created close to the end of the month.

Example:
If you sign up on January 30, your next renewal will be on February 30. Since that date does not exist, billing will adjust to the last valid day of the month and renew again on that date moving forward (in this case, February 28 or 29, depending on the year).

This may appear as two charges close together, but it prevents future delays in shipping.
