If your renewal payment fails, we will retry the card once per day for up to five days.

During this time, you may see multiple “Payment Failed” notices. Your subscription will remain active, but your new tee will not ship until the payment is successful.

To avoid delays, update your payment method as soon as possible:

• Log into your account

• Manage Subscriptions

• Update My Info
