Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Afterpay and Klarna
We don’t accept checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers.
Authorization Error
If your payment was declined:
- Double-check your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.
- If you’re using someone else’s card, confirm the details with the card owner.
- Still not working? Contact your bank—they may have flagged the charge for potential fraud or insufficient funds.
Was I Charged Twice?
Nope—your card will only be charged once!
- If you see a second charge, it’s likely just an authorization hold, which banks use to verify funds.
- These holds usually clear within 48-72 hours. For faster results, you can contact your bank.
- To avoid multiple holds, click the “Place Order” button only once when checking out.
Why Is the Charge on My Account Different From My Order Confirmation Total?
For international orders (like Canada, Australia, etc.), all prices on our website are listed in USD. Your final charge may differ due to currency exchange rates, which can raise or lower the amount charged by your bank.
Multiple Pending Charges for Subscriptions
If your card is declined for a subscription payment, we’ll try charging it again twice over the next two days.
- Each attempt may show as a pending charge, but don’t worry—these will disappear within 24 hours if the card remains declined.
- Reasons for declines may include expired cards, insufficient funds, or fraud alerts.
