Missing Items
Open your package and notice something’s missing? Here’s what to do:
- Check your email—we might’ve sent a heads-up if an item is out of stock.
- If there’s no email, let us know:
- Your order number
- The missing item(s)
- If the package looked damaged or tampered with (send us a photo if you can).
Wrong Item Received
Got the wrong item? No problem—we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
- Prepare your order number
- Include a photo, if possible, to help us see the mix-up.

Damaged Item
If your item arrived damaged, we’ve got your back. Just:
- Send us a photo of the damage and your order number.
- We’ll find the best solution, whether it’s a replacement or another option.
