How do I cancel my order or add/remove an item?Updated 5 months ago

Once an order is placed, we can’t make any changes to the items in it. If you need to add or remove something, contact our support team to cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct items.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon-Fri) usually ship out the same day. If you want to cancel your order, call us at 1 (888) 438-5443 within 1 hour of placing it, and we’ll do our best to help! Once the order has been processed, though, we won’t be able to cancel it.

We know our speedy processing is a win for most shoppers, but we totally get that it can be frustrating if you’re trying to cancel. Don’t worry—you can still use our online return system within 30 days of your order date to send it back.
