INTO THE AM makes returns easy and hassle-free.

30-Day Return & Exchange Guidelines:

• Returns for Store Credit and/or Exchanges are free.
• Exchanges are for US Purchases only. 
• Exchanges are for the same product, in a different size or color.
• A $5 restocking fee and a label fee is applied per return for refunds (not per item).
• Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once received.
• Customers will receive a follow-up email once processed.
• Including a photo of the item being returned helps streamline the return process.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
• Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the bank’s processing times.
• To avoid fees, returns valued at $10 or less will be issued as store credit.

Conditions:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
• Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days. Returns sent back after this period will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
