Important Information for International Returns

• You can return items for a refund or store credit.
• Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
• We cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders at this time.
• Please return items via your local post office, securely packaged.
• Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number, as we are not liable for lost or stolen returns.
• If we make a mistake (like sending the wrong item), we’ll cover shipping costs with store credit if Standard Mail is used.
• Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of reaching our warehouse.
• You can process your return within 30 days of placing your order.
