You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at [email protected].

If you just need a break, you can skip a month instead. It’s an easy way to hit pause without saying goodbye. Here’s how:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Click on "Delivery Schedule"
4. Select "Skip" for the next month

Just be sure to make any changes at least 2 days before the 1st of the month.
